I was thinking it might be a good project for ASDA. it sounds like it has
a pretty fast turn around and i don't know if people are free.
i would be happy to do it if no one else is available.

I work with Amanda West who said you did the poster work for her for the
PPPM Prom. We work for a state agency and I am planning a conference. I was
hoping to chat with you about the possibility of creating some flyers,
posters, web blasts to highlight the conference.
I have a small budget and could offer you some money. It would be great to
talk with you and see what your availability is like. I realize it is
getting close to finals and you may have limited time. I am also a graduate
student, so I may be able to catch up with you on campus if that works
