Job Info

The Portland development office is looking for a student to design some promotional material.

We need a AAA student to help us out! It's kind of timely because this project needs to be done by the Grand Opening October 1st.

What we're doing is creating a display piece (3 panel – life size) to kind of illustrate the history of the White Stag Block and to entice potential donors for the naming campaign. We have a recent art history graduate working with us. We would like a student to help with the graphics, etc. We plan to compensate them as well. It can be a student in Eugene because the work can be sent digitally.

For more information please contact.

Yes, we're doing it again! Your students are invited to mail original 4x6 postcards of their own creation by April 15, 2009. Selected entries, and the winners, will be displayed at AniFest 09 (Danbury, CT) and at a BOF at SIGGRAPH 2009 (New Orleans, LA). In addition, the top three winners will be able to choose any artbook published during the past year as their prize (with a $ limit, of course :-P ). For details visit our website

          http://cs.wcsu.edu/cgr/

and click on the link for the contest. The only two hard, fast rules are (a) it must be computer generated, and (b) all images must be original, no found or modified art.

Tally Ho!
Bill Joel
